Joseph B. Elia, Sr.
Joseph B. Elia started the firm in 2007 and is a graduate of the University of Virginia and St. John’s University earning his CPA licensure in 1987. He brings a wealth of business experience as he previously worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and managed a holding company with offices in New York and Hong Kong. He is an active parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, a member of the Goochland County Historical Society, and a longtime member of the Virginia Athletics Foundation. Outside of work he enjoys touring Civil War Battlefields and traveling Europe with his wife Jennifer.

Abbey Hauser
Abbey Hauser is the Managing Partner of the firm and has been with the practice since 2015. A graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, she specializes in tax planning, tax compliance, accounting, and business consulting, with a particular focus on real estate development and construction businesses. Abbey works closely with business owners and individuals to navigate complex transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and implement tax-efficient strategies.

Joseph Elia Jr. joined the firm in 2016 after graduating from the University of Alabama. He focuses on tax planning, tax compliance, accounting, and consulting. He’s a Past President of the Innsbrook Rotary Club and currently serves as Treasurer of the Richmond Association for Business Economics. Outside of work he enjoys horse riding and studying military history.
