Joseph B. Elia, Sr.
Joseph B. Elia started the firm in 2007 and is a graduate of the University of Virginia and St. John’s University earning his CPA licensure in 1987. He brings a wealth of business experience as he previously worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers and managed a holding company with offices in New York and Hong Kong. He is an active parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, a member of the Goochland County Historical Society, and a longtime member of the Virginia Athletics Foundation. Outside of work he enjoys touring Civil War Battlefields and traveling Europe with his wife Jennifer.

Abbey Hauser
Abbey Hauser joined the firm in 2015 and is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University. She focuses on tax planning, tax compliance, accounting, and consulting. She currently serves as Treasurer of the Powhatan Little League and Filitalia Richmond. She is also certified as a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Outside of work she enjoys hunting deer and visiting the Outer Banks with her husband Blake and son Rex.

Joseph Elia Jr. joined the firm in 2016 after graduating from the University of Alabama. He focuses on tax planning, tax compliance, accounting, and consulting. He’s a Past President of the Innsbrook Rotary Club and currently serves as Treasurer of the Richmond Association for Business Economics. Outside of work he enjoys horse riding and studying military history.
